Kemp signs bills to extend maternal Medicaid, limit ‘surprise billing': Gov. Brian Kemp on Thursday signed several health care bills that, among other things, intend to regulate medical billing and extend Medicaid for new mothers during a ceremony at a Marietta hospital.
